The scan disc that I thought was in the camera and lost during the ice skating incident has been found and was inserted into my laptop the whole time. So I am just special and an idiot for not noticing that when I took the camera out of the house in the first place. Oh well. At least I now have the pictures I needed to post about my oldest corn snake, Sirius, and ask some people online about what could be wrong with him. Obviously the best answer is taking him to the vet but I am unsure of how much money I have to be able to do that right now. I do not have my own health insurance or money to go to my own doctor either. And my medication supply is running extremely low. I guess credit cards were invented years ago for a reason.
My new job is absolutely boring at times and entertaining at other times. Working in a convenience store was something I never thought I would allow myself to do because of my paranoia of being robbed and shot or stabbed. Night shift or not. I was sure it could happen. After a Continue Reading

I broke my camera on Sunday. Almost three years old. I never fully appreciated it being digital until now. My boyfriend and I were ice skating and it was his first time so I wanted to take pictures. After capturing of one, it slipped out of my hands and crashed on the ice. The zoom and lens fell out and I believe a piece broke off from it because it will will not snap into place correctly. The 256MG Scan-Disc card ejected from the camera too. We did not notice that until 10 minutes had passed of us trying to get the lens in place. Skating around the area where I dropped it during disco-skating made it impossible to find. Either some one picked it up and kept it or it got underneath different skater’s skates and hopefully broke.
Not that any of the pictures on the disk were incriminating or anything but I just get too paranoid with random people in the area fully getting my identity or stalking me. Blame it on pass experience of stalkers in the area or my neurotic mother. Or both. So now I am digital camera-less and am going to be for quite a Continue Reading

I really can not wait to settle with the insurance company for my car accident and I am extremely happy that I went and got an attorney as soon as I could after the accident. Trying to fill out the paper work and describing the accident when my wrist/hand was still splinted up from the surgery was fucking difficult though well worth it. Fighting with my own insurance about my medical needs from the accident. Fighting for them to pay the doctors bills in full and not just a few hundred dollars every few months. I was receiving notices from the office that performed the epidural c7/t1 steroid injection, normal primary physician, chiropractor, and massage therapy, all asking payment in full to avoid collections.
My claims adjuster quit in May. I find out that Allstate lost a lawsuit filed against them for only paying portions of consumer’s medical bills, causing the patient to pay the rest out of their own pockets. Hm. Little guess to why my claim’s adjuster quit. I received paperwork about the lawsuit in case I qualified to file a lawsuit as well. I would have qualified if the claims adjuster did not quit. The new adjuster paid Continue Reading
