Fibromyalgia, what?

My lower back is fucking killing me. Months ago when it would be hurting, I would push through it and walk for half an hour either outside or on the treadmill at the gym and it would help. It feels as if the muscles are so knotted up that it is pulling against themselves. Today I tried to walk through it just walking around the house but I would keep falling to the floor not breathing from the pain. I have few pain killers which are not even working for this. Ice and heat. Ice and heat.
What makes me even more pissed off is none of the doctors that have seen me for the car accident have not given me a straight answer about the fibromyalgia. Is that a diagnoses for me or not? Is it due to the car accident or not? They only tell me that I fit into the criteria for the syndrome but they will not tell me if they believe I would have it right now if I had not gotten into the car accident.
