Painful and stiff neck frustrations..

The last two days my neck has had a pinched nerve on the left side. I can not pin point the exact disc that has the pinched nerve but it feels like the area when I had the herniated C5/6 after the car accident. I wish my health insurance would pay for acupuncture or even massage therapy. It makes no sense to me that physical therapy is covered and 9 out of 10 times I have gone to a physical therapist they have only given me massages because my injuries were too deep to start a rehabilitation program on strengthening the muscles. Stupid American health insurance. At least I have any type of insurance. I do not know where I would be physically or mentally with out the tiny benefits I have had over the past few years.
My car accident is fully settled. I signed the last of the paperwork stating any injuries current or onset can not be blamed on the car accident and a pathetic sum of money to supposively make up for the fact that I can no longer work at the job I had, nor can I start the career path I truely want because of Continue Reading
