First, for some fucked up reason I have not been able to accurately type at all. I have been on Delilah for months now. I did all my keyboarding lessons and tests on her but for some reason today she is not wanting to work with my fingers.
Studying/cramming for my Med A&P class. Not doing the best job at staying focus and studying. I am making flash cards that I will probably not quiz myself with. The last exam I was able to remember the material because I did write up the flash cards. Actually I just tried to quiz myself on the few cards I have created and I suck. Horribly.
My mind is jumping from the knitting project. The small metal pot that I need to start for the chives, sweet basil and parsley. The dishes that I have been neglecting since Jus’ left on the 28th are piling up and over flowing across the entire counter top. The food sticking on the stove and burners that either need to be replaced or deeply scrubbed. The laundry that is also in the basket from when Jus’ left waiting to be folded. Woke up today around 7. Thank you day light savings time. Stumbled over to my neighbours house. She used to live in the same style duplex as me and then bought the house across the dead end road. Literally. She was 2620 and now 2621. I am sure the mail person is confused and annoyed with the forwards for her. Anyway, she was suppose to be back from Mt. Baker last night but did what I figured she would and stayed up there. I was dog-sitting. Her dog and my dog are in love. They kiss and lick each others wounds and cuddle together. I waited until I saw her truck in the drive way. Dropped her dog off and left my dog with her.
Went into my medical billing and coding class to finish the last of the work for the quarter. I had to unofficially drop my English 101 class due to high absence. Meaning I may fail or receive an incomplete. Hopefully I will do extremely well on the med billing/coding and med A&P so I can make up the difference in my GPA from the English class. The third consecutive morning waking up with my lumbar area locked and frozen causing me to walk with my head near my knees or crawling. My body will start shaking and I end up on the floor. I can sit on the couch, hunched over and breathe slowly and deeply to help relax. I currently have a heat pack against my back and when I am up to deal with the excruciating pain, I will switch it out with an ice pack. Too bad my painkillers are not easing any of this, let alone killing.
What blows even more is this is the second morning I have missed my morning classes for school. Yesterday I missed my electronic medical billing and coding class. Our instructor had cancelled last Wednesdays class. I have not been for a whole week now and attendance is critical when it is lab only. I sat around icing/heating and stretching my lower back and quad muscles so I could make it to my English class. That class I have missed 10 times already.
